So, it's been a....very, very long time. In case anybody has ever followed my page closely, it's been a bit of a rough patch for the past couple of years, and I'll talk about that more in a journal entry.

Anyway, I'm just getting around to uploading some of the stuff I've gotten to at least the inking stage with, and this is something from last year that I just drew on a whim.

I always thought it'd be a fun idea for the Sonic Boom cartoon to introduce Shadow as less of an insufferable asshole, and more of a grumpy straight-man who is going through his own personal hell of being trapped on an island with a bunch of wackos. An entire episode would just be Sonic and the gang taking him around, trying to put a smile on his face, but he wouldn't be having any of it.

No idea if/when I'll attempt to color this (I really would like to get around to figuring out digital coloring), so if anybody feels like giving that a shot with this, by all means, go for it.
