Helloo guys. This is a commission from VulcanisIX of the SeaWing royal hatchery. Enjoy!God, this took me so long. Sitting dragons are really hard. Haha, I tried to do the "light going into water" effect, but it was "eh".
Used 0.7 mechanical pencil, 0.1 ink pen, and colored pencils.
