this is an adoptable tryout for [link] by the talented all of these took a lot of time and effort. i spent more time and energy in the designs i liked, therefore wanted the most. I think i have improved as far as digital art goes. If you have and suggestions or constructive criticism, i would welcome the advice. my goal is to get better.
this design is my favorite, i really hope i get it! wish me luck!

Biography or history: (optional) Reid is the apprentice of my other character, Lantern (he's a wolf). Their job is very secretive and no one really knows what they do, but a few know that they go out with bottles at the break of dawn, and return at sundown with a lantern and the bottles have strange lights in them. They take the bottles to the "Cavern of Whispers". When they come out, they have neither the bottles, nor their lantern. As the apprentice, Reid is known to collect secrets of the other animals and beings and put them in the bottles. He takes them to the Cavern and there they hang and quietly whisper their contents to whomever enters the Cavern. But, only Reid and Latern can enter the Cavern. Reid's key is his amulet and Later's key is the glow of his eyes. Reid doesn't really know what's in Latern's bottles, but he has heard of stories that Latern can speak to the Mystics, which are secretive magical spirits that take the form of wolves with special powers. Latern somewhat tricked Reid into being his apprentice when Reid was young, and has erased Reid's memory of his past.
