Finally got down to a concept I have been needing to do for a while now Which is a Poison/Normal regional variant for Rattata and instead of evolving to Raticate, it evolves into Ratiking, a Rat King based regional evolution

Rataking is always covered with a cloak made from its old fur, it uses this to also hide in a bunch of Rattata inside which it will summon a Rattata when it attacks

How this Rattata evolves is not by the usual Level 20, but rather with evolving at Level 34 while holding a King's Rock or a Poison Stone may be another possible way(depending on how many mons I got for Poison Stone)

I chose to create these largely because I hate Alolan Rattata and Raticate, considering them very unnecessary and really don't do a lot to make their existence justified(aside from Rat populations in Hawaii)

So I figured I'd try out this Rattata line with the base form being based off a Typical Lab Rat and basically it mutates when it evolves
