Description

WELP i'm trying to get a few more of the young horses started.
Ryan is back after HCL and working with the young horses again. Hes starting to really kick their training up to the next stage with Harley's help and first up on their string to get show experience is Kopurlo. KP is still a young horse and so is in the baby classes with small jumps, but he seems to have a fare dose of caution and flare over the jumps.

Dang KP - you just soar over that jump!

Maybe he's just letting Ryan know that he's got dreams of grandeur... winning 5* classes in the future?

Or maybe he's just got a really fun flare that is going to make him a looker, no matter what?

Either way he looks fantastic - especially with his striking colors and flying tail.

I'm so glad Ryan is able to get back into working the youngsters again too.

Good luck to them both.

Awww.. that's a good boy! I'm sure he'll learn to save energy sooner or later, but his eagerness is just so sweet! His faint dapples are so pretty!

This is so gorgeous! I love those clouds and the fact he's jumping so big over a small jump.
My RL mare does that (a tiny log will be across the trail) and she jumps over it like its an oxer (instead of walking over it).
Anyways, beautiful work and a truly unique jump design!

<3 im really glad you like it XD The overjumpers are very amusing, though my mare never really liked jumping and jsut clomped her way through most things XD

That's what my gelding does, I'm going to be riding him more often, since retiring my mare this year (she's 27+). He is a very low achiever, and low energy boy. I've tried every trick in the book to get his interest up, he just prefers plodding along at his own speed. Hoping my new filly will be more upbeat towards things when she's old enough for it. Happy I'm not the only one with goofy horses!
