Apart from the sharpness issue, I think this piece looks very appealing. It is nicely rendered and the textures really suggest this icyness. I really love it! The textures are great. It's gives me this uneasy sense to see the whiteness is raptured by strong color and elements as the ice crumles.

I think the comment about sharpness is right on. The image was much more interesting zoomed-out. The composition seems much better, and the colors lead my eyes all over.
Very interesting work, and I think you should keep going down this road.

Thank you, and I know you guys are right. I've been working with low memory on a crappy computer, and so I've had to compress most of my files. Because of the way I work that used to mean tonnes of lossiness along the way. Now that I have a new Mac and lots of free space, my stuff should be sharper.

I think it's awsum. The way everything is sort of twisted together. I love the darker colors on the left side. It really adds to the colors. Hehehe.

wreching melancholy landscape. Resembles the indastryal districts of Peterburg in winter thaw. excellently done.

Very contemporary. (Dunno if that's a comment or w/e) But it does provide a sense of an icy climate, but at the same time robs you of that feeling by introducing warm colors. It's frustrating, yet calming. Chaotic, yet structured. Very well done.

You might be right. I'll give it some thought. Thanks for the input.
