Fog fills the background as a storm violently blows through the plaza, ripping flags and banners to ribbons or tearing them off their poles outright. Those unlucky enough to be caught outside are left to the mercy of the wind and they struggle to push through the gusts, the winds clawing at their clothes and stripping some especially unfortunate souls. Kurotatsu in his voluminous silk cloak is unfazed as he stands tall against the storm, the satin catching against his wings and billowing like a sail, while his surcoat is beginning to shred at its hem from being thrashed around so violentlycredits to an artist who wishes to remain anonymous
