Thought they might look cool together. Obviously went with the Marvel version of Hercules, DC's would have been a bit weird....

MARVEL's Hercules is a good guy. A loud, obnoxious jerk, who drinks and makes merry much more often and to a degree most of the other MARVEL superheroes do not always agree with, but a good guy... and every woman he has ever asked HAS said "yes".
This is in very stark contrast to DC'S Hercules, who raped Hypolyta and Wonder Woman still carries that on her to get her revenge. When they met in the first of second MARVEL vs DC mini series, Wonder Woman straight up attacked Hercules who thought he was among friends, because in the MARVEL universe Hercules is friend with the Amazons, at least the civilized not terrorist fem-nazi amazons.
To be honest of all the DC superheroes, Wonder Woman would likely get along the best in the Marvel Universe. She isn't trying to be the boss, but has a similar gravitas and air of leadership that Captain America has. But essentially being an outsider, would not have the same strength of command he does. That comes from earning trust which she would manage to get but not right away, and certainly not to the degree of near unconditional trust he has.
