A pun based on a name Yamato was historically given crossed over with an infamous CDI Mario title that Nintendo likes to pretend didn't happen.Yamato was referred to as "Hotel Yamato" as she once hosted many important people with unusual luxury for a warship of that time, while Yamato herself rarely did any battle sorties in order to keep her safe to boost morale for the IJN.
