Context:

2 weeks after her training with Yuuji and Gojo..

Machigai was training alone outside even if it was raining. She managed to get away from Gojo's sight to train alone.. She doesn't like to train with him.. He was too childish for her.. He did too much agaiinst her to become friends again..

As Gojo had to take care of Yuuji, Nobara and Megumi, he just let her go away from now.. As he knows she won't do anything dangerous, he could let her alone for a bit after all.

Machigai thought that Gojo wasn't the kind of man who could tell you 'I'm sorry' or 'Let's talk about it'. He's just hiding behind his teacher's duties to not talk about it. But he knows what's happening to Machigai.
Dialogue after this scene:

Machigai entered the school at 8 p.m., but what she didn't know, it's that Gojo was on her bed, waiting for her.

When Machigai saw him on her bed, she closed her room's door and walk away as if she didn't see anything, until Gojo grabs her hand.

Machigai: What?! Let me go!! I don't want to see you, hear you and even think of you!! LEAVE ME ALONE!!

She tried to get away from him but he hugged her. She was surprised but still trying to push him away.

Gojo: Sorry..

Hearing his words, she stopped moving and slowly put her hands down.

Machigai: Don't say things you don't mean Gojo.. It's.. hurt..

Gojo: I mean it Machi.. I'm truly sorry for what I did to you.. It was horrible.. Please, I don't want to lose you too like I lost Geto.

Machigai: ... Geto?.. What happened to him?..

Gojo: He.. went to the wrong way. I'll tell you the story later..

Machigai: ... Gojo, you're really an useless friend, you can't even keep your bestfriend!!..

She said, tears in her eyes, she doesn't like to cry but hearing Gojo like this made her tears fall down. She didn't know Gojo could even stop being childish for one minute.

Gojo: I know.. So please, I don't asking you to forgive you, but don't leave me.

He let her go, and with this, she removes his blindfold and looked at her eyes.

When Machigai looked at his eyes, she could see, Gojo was pretty tired and maybe cried.

Was it because she left him for two weeks?..

Machigai: ... A big baby, as I thought..

Gojo just laughed taking back her hands with a big smile.

Machigai: Please don't hold my hands like this, it looks like you'll tell me you're loving me Gojo-

Gojo released her hands horrified:

Gojo: How could you even say that?!! I'm your bestfriend! Well.. I hope.

Machigai: You are my bestfriend, just a.. a fucking horrible bestfriend, but yeah, you're my bestfriend, Sato.

Hearing her saying his nickname, he just took her in his arms and hugged her. But as she was a little too small, she had to put her legs around Gojo's hips. He was so happy that he didn't even notice this.

The two friends were so happy, that they didn't notice Shoko walking to them:

Shoko: Ha.. Congratulation, I think.

Machigai: Shoko!! Long time no see! But why 'congratulations'?..

Gojo: Yeah, why, we are just happy.

Shoko: You're not together?..

When the two friends heard her sentence, Machigai jump out of Gojo's arms, emnbarassed meanwhile Gojo almost collapse.

Machigai: No, we're just friends again.. Just friends Shoko.

Shoko: When we were kids, you were always together and flirting with each others.

Gojo: WHAT??!! We were just joking around, any of us was in love! Oh my god Shoko you're still as horrible as before..

Machigai: Yes he's beautiful but that's it..

Gojo: Oww!! You're beautiful too!

Machigai and Gojo laughed together while Shoko just looked at them neutral:

Shoko: 2 months..

Machigai: Heh-

Shoko: I give you two months, if you're not in couple in two months, I'll believe you.

Gojo + Machigai: EASY!!
