I just finished playing this whole thing and wasn't surprised to see that the whole ordeal too me 57 hours. God damn was it fun though

I enjoyed the 3rd disc a lot, but the last was great with all the freedom you have, the sidequests and optional bosses. Very great game, with awesome graphics and soundtrack but classic gameplay ^^

Exactly. Though honestly I wish they'd have picked a different song for the huge love scene between Jansen and Ming.

I think the song for the huge love scene fits nicely with the sunset and everythig, but yes, maybe another song would fit better.
By the way, the soundtrack in general is very good. I love Uematsu

Kaim... Maybe you haven´t played the game, I don´t know, but I can tell Kaim is a sad and serious person, due to his past. It´s VERY hard to see Kaim smiling in the game XDD

I'd like to create an all purpose resource site with screen shots, video, city tours and information, bios, lyrics, the soundtrack, scan of the walkthrough guide book, seiyuu/va info, fan submissions, ect.
In the short term, maybe within the next fortnight, I'm planning a LO fan art site in which I manage fan art emailed to me, and stuff like artist bios once I have more than 3 submissions from the artist.

I only started Blue Dragon a few week ago - avoided it for the longest time. I'd love a kelolon plushie, those guys were awesome.
I discovered the three Japanese guidebooks for Lost Odyssey and have em ordered and payed for. If I'm lucky they will arrive in two weeks or less. I'm hoping there's some decent art in there, the english edition had a taste of some painted works. I'll put off getting the 1000 Years of Dreams book, perhaps when I'm desperate for something to buy.

Oh, you´re lucky about the 3 guides. Let´s hope to see some Takehiko Inoue art in there! The 1000 years of Dreams book... Sad It´s only in japanese. I´m spanish but If the book where in english, I would buy it.
The firt time I played Lost Odyssey, I did it in english (The asia-english edition, compatible on Pal consoles XD)

I'll do my best with scans, but knowing how thick and small these books can be, I may not be too successful.
When it comes to the 1000 Years of Dreams, it's just easier to pick up the last save and read whichever one I feel to.
I noticed the game had several languages to it. I've only played it entirely in english, but I did try a few scenes in Japanese - it was paaaaaainful. Mine's also PAL, being Australia, but I thought they were all multilingual. Did some regions not get the option?

All versions are multilingual I think, with english, japanese, german, french and italian. The asian-english edition, features only japanese, english and chinese languages.
The best voice acting in the game is the english language by far. It´s more powerful, with more feeling on the sad moments, etc... (It´s only my opinion of course XD)
I´m sure you will do your best with the scans and other features! so, keep up the good work!!

The english version was certainly incredible! I couldn't even tell it was Tara Strong as Seth :0 The accent they gave Ming was very interesting.
Jansen's VA was amazing and really made it for me; he reminded me a lot of James Woods. I looked up the VA, but he hasn't done all that much stuff :/

It's an orchestral show where Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey pieces are performed - and boy are the theme songs from LO weird in Japanese. Good, but weird. I wish the recording was of a better quality.
