It's been 15 years since the events of "A Change of Heart", and Disco Bear has decided to get a checkup to see if his heart has fully recovered. As Sniffles auscultates Disco Bear's heart, he notices that it's beating a bit too irregularly. So, Sniffles tells Disco Bear that he must eat a strict diet, exercise at the local gym, and take some prescribed heart medication.
