Description
These two are newish characters, created mostly because I was messing around with the names. Neffie Lim= nephilim, Seraphina= seraphim. Not that the angels they're named after have any sort of bearing on their personalities (although Seri is the older twin and seraphim are the highest rank of angels).
Anyway, meet Neffie and Seraphina Lim, twin daughters of the Angels and expert party planners.

Neffie is the budgets ghoul, even if she hates actual Maths. Her miracle-granting powers are a bit unpredictable sometimes and she hates cleaning up after parties, because 'you would not believe the places monsters can get cake!'
Seri can come off as a bit distant and distracted, because she's in charge of every little tiny detail that goes into a party, from the decorations to the food. She dislikes blowing up balloons though, as she always ends up out of breath.

Originally sketched on paper, than transferred into Photoshop. Their names are in my handwriting and although I used a base for the skullettes, the overlaying details are mine.
