The one I like the best is the slightly tired one where she's smoking the cigarette and saying "Not much left to clobber..." That's sort of where I am. Although the truth is there is always something left to clobber. But maybe you're getting tired of clobbering it. Or you're getting too tired yourself to be able to clobber it. Clobbering gets harder as you get older. It takes more out of you. But on the other hand, you get better at it as you gain more experience of it. So your strength and enthusiasm for it may diminish, but your technique improves - which can actually be quite interesting.
I like the way that you drew the whole thing - from infancy to decrepitude. We forget that old people were once young and full of sap. And we don't know how they got old. And, of course, cartoon characters rarely - if ever- do get old. So I'm glad that you drew her through all of the stages that we all have to go through. If we live long enough.

Oh and I like the teen one better. Probably because it's the most balanced and complete design of the bunch. Well... I could say the same thing about the retired one... but she just gives me the creeps. = p

Bwaha! I'm the one responsible for the *edit*... yeah the guy that pretends that size doesn't matter >= D
In fact it does matter, but bigger doesn't mean better. When designing a female character I usually think about what purpose the breasts will have. Yeah, breasts have a purpose (that's sounds so silly).
I draw big breasts when I design very sexual characters. You all know that most guys are looking at the breasts first, so if I want a playmate-like character D cups are a no-brainer. But it's not only useful for stupid bimbos since breasts are also a symbol of maternity and feminity. DD and bigger is just too much for taste, but it could be use for a caricatural character.
For most characters B and C cups are de rigueur. They don't really need to attract too much attention with their breasts, but they must be there and be easily noticeable. Why? Because the character must still look like a woman (except if the character is too young). You know, there's a lot of people who complains about bishies because they're too dense to see that they're men. So I don't take any chance and make sure that the silhouette is feminine enough, even if the gal isn't supposed to be explicitely feminine.
Of course, I keep A cups for pre-teens and young teenagers. Yeah I know there's fully grown women who got A cups, but sometimes characters doesn't really have to reflect certain realities... IT'S A DRAWING DAMMIT! Give some love to the boobies, please XD
So that's why I "complained" about the breast size here. It's not wrong because there's actually women who got smaller breasts than that... but a solid B would probably give a more agreable silhouette without ruining the idea that the character's supposed to be small breasted.
But I'm not sure it strenghten the idea of the character being a tomboy. I'm not even sure if I see this character as a tomboy to begin with. Yeah, she's violent and seems to lack some manners, but her poses, clothes and color palette screams a certain feminity.
In fact, most tomboys I've seen actually got somewhat big breasts. XD
But anyway, I see that the "adult" character is not fully developed... she doesn't even have arms XD and I don't know if you'll ever make her grow up to this point, but if it's the case I'm sure you'll redesigned it anyway. Tomboy or not, I would only suggest a little more curves.
The Curves Lobby is watching you. lawl
(oh shiii, that's a fucking huge comment... XD )

Well, yeah. You can't ignore the fact that females have breasts. But it's not as much important as "The Temple of Love", but it's a part of the female anatomy that remains quite... "hidden" most of the time, which is very unfortunate.
But you know, if men weren't such "perverts", I wonder how women would get pregnant, among other things...

Boobs come with the package anyway, ah!
And it explains why men associate breasts with feminity. Women with nearly no breasts and women with oversized breasts are the exceptions to the rule. Between those extremes its pretty ideal in my opinion and I guess it's up to each one's taste.
(hey, there's no war here = D )

I want her to have a "A" shape, not a hourglass shape... xD
The retired's breast are just too flat tho, that was accidental, but its not so bad.
