Well first concept doesn't nessessarly work, so I went in for another approach.Myconid wizard/warlock.
I guess it can also be seen as a Nurgle worshipping fungoid Xenos or something xD

I can see the nurgle in him tho definatley, with the feet looking as if they have eroded and looking like a form of fungus has strong links to the disease side of it.
