Thanks for the comment.
For the Red/Bue lighting it's very easy.
You just need to decal the red and Blue channels. 1,2,3 pixels or more depending the size on your image.

awesome cinematic effects.
the small motion blur and the lack of volume on objects and people is strangely really immersive. I love this paradoxal effect.
perhaps it's a speed, but it has a feeling of a completely controlled simplification like comic or anime technics.
