Description
The final member of "The Fallen Three", Apex, real name Harlow, was once a well known and respected General in the Federation, before becoming one the first test subjects for the superhero program. As time past, he became more ruthless eventually leading to the death of a fellow hero who he felt was not living up to standards. It took 10 heroes to take him down, before he was imprisoned with the rest. Now released, Apex quickly assumed control by slaughtering the Federations leadership and beginning a campaign to turn the heroes into rulers of their planets.

Powers: Apex is able to morph his body into in form he desires, be it blades, claws, or even wings. He is also outfitted with advanced technology, including an eye-patch that allows him to see in the dark and through smoke as well as track targets.
