Beni Masanari is the main heroine in Rebel Without Cause's. She can control ice but here she about to turn water into ice. I changed the her clothes design a little and the colours of her clothes.

Wow, that looks really good, i dont know why you say you need to improve, your really good man, but if there was one place i would say to start on, it would be the face, it looks good already, but, err... everything looks a bit crooked :3 but other than that it looks absolutely awesome :3

nice job, this is my favorite picture that you have done so far. how do you make backgrounds i was wondering if u did it differently then me? i use the path tool to make an outline.
