Personally, I would keep two separate resumes to show. If there's a chance that you can include your artistic abilities or creativity as a selling point or an added bonus, then show something with your critters. If the job you're applying for is a little more by-the-book or you're worried that they might think you're going to quit to do webcomics, then show them something a little more conventional. It's a great picture, and I'm sure there are some places where this sort of thing would help out a lot. I would guess that smaller businesses would be more inclined to take a 'two-for-one' deal, as it were. I hope that's helpful, and best of luck!

No problem! It'd be nice to only apply to places that'd be more interested in both talent sets, but sometimes you have to go into a normal job and work the creative aspect in yourself- handle stuff they didn't know they needed.
If you know any animation, that'd be another nice thing to include. Even if it's just blinking, a little bit of a gimmick goes a long way in my experience. I'd offer to trade my own animation skills, but that'd sort of defeat the purpose of having a resume. XD
