I thought this was a satirical piece about the androgyny of manga characters. I'd say to only change the female by bringing in the waist rather than pushing out the thighs as far as you did.

I have this "gender problem", but the other way round
Her hips are nice, but I think you should lower down the crotch a little bit... and make it a little less narrow, too.
Also, collarbones and ribcage rarely show in women (collarbones are not so rare, but they usually don't appear so pointy).
Her breasts' size is not bad for me, since there are women with small breasts, although it's not that common. Bigger breasts make the gender much more obvious, though. 
The problem, for me, is in their positioning: the one in the right (ours) is much higher the the one in the left.
Along with that, the line that defines the shape of the right breast is in the inner part of her chest, which is not usual, and makes it look like it's squished inwards. Try drawing the stronger line in the outer area: it will convey the shapes better (since gravity pushes breasts downwards and outwards).

I was just randomly browsing and saw this, so I guess I'll just put in my two cents.
I think there's really only a few here (and I'm totally sure somebody else has pointed out both before me), the shoulders and chest are too broad, women have less bulk there muscle-wise. There's also something wierd about the waist, but I'm not quite sure what exactly. I think it's the way it joins with the hips and the rest of the body... like the angle or something.
It's also probaby been said, but the breasts look a little funny, more in the way they are positioned than in the size or whatnot.

i'd say soften the collarbone/shoulder area first. even out her breasts so they're level with eachother and the same 'weight'. soften her curves, although there mos def a lot of angular women.. erase the lines for the ribcage if you're going to make her more curvacious, because if she has curves you won't see those nicole richie lines. and perhaps define her thighs more; one looks larger than the other.

and perhaps soften her shoulders? O: right now she looks pretty buff around there 8D not that no women are buff, but if you want it to be more womanly, you could try that. xD
oh and her crotch should be lower, if there's a bit of a belly, it's also more girly I think.

ok well, maybe narrow the hips, if it helps draw a woman plain in standing form it get the shapes down, before you start putting the shapes into poses.
remember instead of being square, women are often very more rounded then men, their often drawn elegant with often less then subtle muscles to make them seem more feminine. though there are exceptions. try eye balling a couple of stock photo's or drawings for practice?
i agree with the other's the one on the left seems a bit out of proportion, the brests don't seem to be even or have any weight to them. the thighs are a bit too wide, focas more on the waist and ribcage then the upper thighs. the hips are good though

But if you can turn your woman into a man in a few strokes, then your woman is not very womanly. And if you're trying to draw a woman, that is very much a problem.
