This is kind of a combination of two ideas I was given on the Danny Phantom artist server and I just had to get it out of my system! Going to head to bed right after this since it’s like, 6am now. For starters another artist wondered what Vlad might look like with a blue bolo tie so I made a quick edit to one of my Vlad expressions.

And since a couple of us were getting really into my Good Vlad AU as I’m now dubbing it, I thought why don’t I go ahead and give this alternate Vlad his own unique appearance in human form as well? So I gave him a luxurious royal blue suit to replace the usual black one with a red handkerchief and bolo tie, and since his ghost half is based off of how he looked immediately after the proto-portal accident, I figured it’d be cool to have Vlad retain his original hair color just like Danny did. Not the hair style though because obviously the mullet still had so I could give him that trademark ponytail we love so much, lolz!

And there you have it! A fully realized concept of a mostly non-fruitoop Vlad that became a decent person after forgiving Jack and putting his powers to better use. Plus Vlad realized he only admired Maddie and wasn’t really in love with her so he decided to focus more on discovering his new normal as a hybrid instead and unraveling the mysteries of the Ghost Zone, ghostly artifacts, and the truth behind many myths and legends to expand his knowledge of the supernatural world in a way that far surpasses his former crush.
