The girl on the buildings rooftop gives some form of "scientistic" feel to me, rather mad scientist, or experiement gone wrong. Only thing missing is a giant to occupy the giantess for a shot to correct things.

the quality is weirdly disproportionate; on one hand you have the incredible detail under the car, and on the other you have her deformed waist and face

This is a really interesting criticism, and I think it's justified to a certain extent.
I believe the discrepancy in the detail of elements in this stems from my own perception of my artistic ability.
I've been drawing cars for around 10-12 years. I've been drawing people around half that. Be it through natural talent or more practice, I am better at drawing car's than I am people.
Relative to my own perception of my art ability, the person is much higher quality than the cars. Though in reality, the detail and effort put in to the cars is disproportionately high compared to anything else in the picture.
Put simply, I'm shit at drawing anything except cars, so when I draw anything with cars, it makes the shit stuff look more shit.
