Striking mood piece, this one. Makes me want to not look at it associatively, but rather as abstract shapes or landscapes. Otherwise it seems like a place I want to sit quietly in, drowned in pensive meditation.

Yes, sometimes when I look into this picture I want to go back there... It has been very quick, and that's my father who took the photo, but I can remember that day, the deep fog, the snow, the firs...

I wish I knew French..haven't a clue what the poem says, oh well! It has a Silent Hill type feel to it, which I love. Also I like the dreamy kind of surreal softness of it. If ever, by some bad luck, my soul should have to wander, that would be where it would go. I can see it now..drifting, slipping between the branches of the trees..ah, lovely. But enough of that. Point of this is, a lovely photograph was made even better by you, great job!

I think it isn't a place to lose one's spirit, but to lose yourself. It was wonderful to be there, between trees, enshrouded by haze and snow... It has been short, because we had to move and there were those people who came, but it was really great for a couple of minutes, confronted to our thought, frozen by the wind.
