I'm not specialist of French movie, but I like some. I liked Chabrol's and Bunuel's movies, I like Catherine Deneuve, Stephane Audran, Claude Brasseur. But French movie I like the most is Ascenseur pour l'Γ©chafaud with Jeanne Moreau and fantastic music of Miles Davis.

You're right, those movies are real classic. Peut-etre je connais le film français parce que j'adore la language francaise. Je l'ai étudié quand j'étais un étudiante mais j'ai oublie presque tout . Maintenant, J'ai besoin de dictionnaire pour ecrire (et bien sur Le Nouveau Bescherelle ), je peux parler un peu. I apologize for accents, I can't type them on my keyboard.
