Description"Flammekueche" or "tarte flambée" (flambé pie) is one of the specialties from Alsace, a region of east of France.
Made from dough covered with cream, onion and bacon. This tart was combined with the baking of bread and made with scraps of dough cooked in the already warm oven.

It's a great idea to combine it with the baking of bread. I haven't had breakfast yet so it looks even more appealing! I can almost taste it actually!
