Ed...with a tongue piercing...what more do I really have to say about this one?

Okay, I could say a little more. Like where this came from, which was basically me sitting at my computer, tablet in hand, staring at the screen like I'd forgotten how to use my fingers. Truth was I just didn't really have anything I wanted to draw. So, I started thinking of random things, got off on a tangent about a 'modern' Ed, that somehow ended up on Ed with tattoos, then to Ed with piercings and then this messy little speed-paint appeared.

I am usually really self conscious about submitting something I haven't lined and neatly coloured but honestly I think it works for the best here with the sketchy lines and almost incomplete looking colour.

I know...chances of Ed ever getting a tongue piercing would be slim, the fact that his colour of choice would be bright electric purple is even slimmer, but hey, what's fiction for?
