Ilsee is a city-state that exists on the planet Tkara I which exists in my AU Star Trek ‘New Start’ verse.

TKARA I
Tkara I is located in the Droyana System located in the Alpha Quadrant

The planet is the home of the Tkarites

GEOGRAPHY
It has two landmasses:
Varasee in the west
Nolantiel in the east

NOLANTIEL

Nolantiel is the eastern continent and where Tkarite civilization originated.
The continant is main temperate although it has arctic and tropical regions.

YAYDRA SEA
A large inland sea and for millennia a major center of commerce and trade

SILVOA ISLANDS
The Silvoa Islands are four small islands located in the Yaydra Sea
They are famous for being where the Way of Trade began thousands of years ago.

The Tkarites first began buildings towns and cities around 15,000 B.C.

Around 8000 B.C. the Silvoa League formed as a trade/mutual defense agreement between
the towns of the Silvoa Islands.
Thriving trade was conducted and the League Members grow wealthy and powerful as a result.

For two thousand years the cities of the Silvoa League are the wealthiest and most powerful
of the Tkarite cities.
Their neighbors saw the prosperity that peace and trade brought to League and sought to benefit.
First they simply pledged not to fight with and to trade with the League.
Then they started forming agreements with each other.

For thousands of years Tkarites had followed The Way of Sharpness and The Way of Cunning.
From the Silvoa Islands 'The Way of Trade' began.

For the next two thousand years, the Way of Trade spread rapidly.
For two thousand years the islands were the wealthiest of Tkara's city states.

When the islands could no longer support their growing population, many moved to the city states
on the shores of the Yaydra.

The cities surrounding the Yaydra Sea came to consider themselves the Heirs of Silvoa. or Heirsess Cities
