PLANET

Tkara I one of two M class moons that orbits the gas dwarf Tkaka Prime
It's home to the Tkarites , who are native to the planet.
The population is 4 billion

SYSTEM
Tkara is located in the Droyana System   located in the Norayis Sector of the Alpha Quadrant in my AU New Start verse.

TKARITES
The Tkarites, are known for their beauty, their seductiveness and cunning.
They call themselves ‘The People of the Blade’ and with good reason.

In addition to their own sysem the Tkarites have colonized the Vornel System
They call their territory the Tkarite Freehold.

The have also formed an alliance with their neighbors the C'tekians and Rylarin, forming the formidable Norayis Alliance.
They have friendly relations with the United Federation of Planets and extensive trade ties with them.

GEOGRAPHY

Tkara has two main landmasses:
Varasee in the west,
Nolantiel in the east

Tkara I is slightly larger than earth and is the birthworld of the Tkarites.
The planet is mainly temperate with tropical and arctic zones.
The planet is known for its mysterious provocative beauty and amethyst skies.

The north eastern part of Varasee is dominated rugged hills covered with thick temperate forests.
The forests provide much of the lumber used in Varasee.
