Description 2011. 02. 28.

This is the 6666 pageviews kiriban prize for . She asked for a Minako x Yaten pic without any other instructions, so it was quite an easy task. However, the colouring went really, really wrong because of the non-waterproof ink and the weird shiny brown colour. I'm considering to re-color it digitally, since I really liked the lineart and put a lot of effort into it.

Original size: 25,5 x 18 cm
Media: tempera (and some white ink mixed in) on aquarell paper, china ink for the lineart.

Well, to me is really beautiful, I didn't give you more instructions, because I wanted a surprise, and I loved it.
The texture!!!
But, if you want to re- color it again, I'll be happy to see how it ends.
There's something weird with Minako's right shoulder maybe. But, when I see their faces, even if is different from their normal faces, I love your personal style for draw, put it here ^0^
They look as an adult couple, and the intensity between them is amazing, or maybe is just that I love them together xDDDD

I will definitely re-colour it. It would not be fair if you stalked all day to catch the kiriban just to receive a shit piece

You're right, Minako's right shoulder is a bit too pointy and her arm should be more visible, but I can't change it anymore. However, I'll try my best with the colouring

The screenshot is important because sometimes multiple people happen to catch the kiriban, and the speed decides who will win. Also there's no other way to prove who caught it than to send a screenshot.

As for the point of the kiriban prizes in general: when someone reaches a large number of pageviews, he* shows his gratitude for his visitors with drawing something for the person who reaches a round or other cool-looking number
The pageview itself is not really important, the artist could choose a random person as well, it's just the custom But what it means to me is that the person who catches it probably is the one who viewed my page many times, which means that he* would be really happy with my drawing and took the time to do something for it instead of just requesting from me. I believe the prize is more valuable to him this way (and to me too).
