Actually the girl on the left is a character named Millenia from Tecmo's Deception series. She's from Kagero Deception II

I thought it was Ayane from Dead or Alive, she wears the same outfit :/ Then again both games are made from Tecmo, it's probably an Easter Egg.

I would definitely bet on that. I just recognized it from Kagero because that's how she is the main character. It's not uncommon for Techmo to reuse her though. She's a special character in Trapt (Which is a sort of sequel to Kagero)
