Hmm...looks like there's more to Zirra's story than we first thought. Wonder what, but unfortunately, that's not a question this comic will answer.Wonder who that voice Phonorius remembered could be...(and no, it's not Mesphito's).
So Frillisean's mother and Phonorius are sisters. That means that Malefor is Frilly's cousin! Or will be.....that just makes the betrayal all the worse
So it seems that they figured out that Zirra is not a dragon. They automatically assume that she's bad without knowing just what kind of creature she is. But since no one has heard of Adalisks for generations, no one remembers them...

I always thought phon flat out hated zirra..but after rereading this, maybe it was never her fault

Yeah. Maybe if we're lucky, the situation is more complex than it seems. After all, it's really possible that the change in her eyes is only an outsourcing of her hatred and evilness, and not something else?Β But still not a good thing thatΒ PhonoriusΒ is even become aΒ broodmare.

Maybe Malefor's soul possessed her after he was defeated by Spyro and Cynder. The colour of their eyes are basically the same colour; completely yellow. I think that Malefor has possessed Phonorius into forcing her to do what she did in Zirra's Return. Here, we can see she cares about Zirra, despite what others think. What would you do if you were a dragon, and possibly wouldn't have any children to care about?

I know who's voice is: it's Zirra's adopted dad, he's the one of the only 2 dragon leaders of their clan so it makes sense.Β If you read the other comic Spoiler alert: her dad rejects, neglects and ultimately hit Zirra.
