This drawing originated from an idea Aisekdragon had.I commented on one of her drawings and during this 'conversation' the idea arose of practicing together.
At first it was meant as a joke, but Aisekdragon had the wonderful idea of each of us drawing Zuko to then compare and tell each other what could be improved.
Btw: you should really vistit her profil as well, she's got some really cool stuff on there!
The theme was Zuko and we agreed on drawing him and his reaction to a hairclip Mai gave him.
As I submit mine, Aiseks wasn't on here, otherwise I'd include a link :/
But make sure you look at hers too!!!!

The eyes look abit off & the mouth is too close to the chin! Not like I can say <3 The anatomy I do is weird lol But overall this is an amazing piece! <33

yes, i wanted to give Mai some sort of a freakish grin, since she knows very well how zuko would react.

This time I can say it was on purpose xD I meant to make the eyes different sizes because of his burning and I know it looks weird,
but it also does in the anime so that's fine by me 
Plus it seems I've done exactly the wrong thing xD I tried to make the distance between nose and mouth smaller, but that seems to be the wrong way
I'll do it better next time I promise!!!

It wasn't from the beginning, since his ponytail hair put me off, but I quickly grew to adore him after learning more of his backstory. <3
I'm not sure about Mai though, I wish they could have explored her more. . . . . :3
I originally LOVED Mako in LoK because he made me think of Zuko. . . . .but now I don't have as much love for Mako. ONLY FO' ZUKO!! X3
