He's owned by me. Man, he was long overdue for a updated design.
Not that his last one was bad, I liked it. But... it wasn't perfect. 
I mean, his shirt was basically the same color as his fur, which really bugged me, and his bang shape was way too similar to another oc of mine. But yeah, I think Axel looks a lot better now.
