Oh man! I'd totally play that! even if I'm not really familiar with the sport; but as any other Mario SpinOFF title, I'd give a shot for sure; I imagine that with a bunch of characteristic items and the expected chaos of a Mario Sports game! .. and I love how you use both Boom-Booms and Kritters =3. Great Job!

I feel like the Mario Franchise is in that unique position where it can make virtually any sport accessible to a wide range of demographics.

Oh, they are Charging Chucks! of course they are! How couldn't be them in a game like that? XD.. sorry I didn't recognized them at first \=3.. in fact, in the new Mario & Sonic at the Rio Olympics, there's Rugby and seems like they're using Boom-Booms to fill the teams.. so my mind associated just like that. XD... and yeah, you're totally right, I'd love to see Nintendo explore new kinds of sports with the Mario SpinOFFs; .. I really enjoyed Mario Sports Mix, for instance, and I never (ever) played or watched any of them in real life XD.
