Yes! I liked to recolor one of my old Arts ... just to see the difference ... so i did ,and i choose Gaara from Naruto Shippuden ( Chapter 516 ) [ The Cover ] ; the first Colo was in 2010 ... from here ↓

You should have left the hair alone as it was, the way that you've recoloured it is too pale, when you're drawing Gaara you should use darker reds for his hair, as it's a more bloody shade. the sand colouring in the background is good and effective. The actual drawing of Gaara is very good and I love the detailing for the cracks in his gourd of sand, however I think his eyes are slightly too slanted in the drawing and the shadowing around them should be darker. The colouring is good it's just the hair has too much blonde in it, a little blonde as colouring for the ends would look good but not as much as there is.
Overall it looks very good and has a good impact.

i think you should use brightest colors
and i see a green tone in the work try to use a normal skin tone
and maybe if you spent more time on blending things it will look awesome
the shading is absolutely amazing
maybe adding some texture to the skin a clothes will bring the painting to life
you work is absolutely stunning but if you are trying to do a soft painting you rather
make it a little bit softer :v it will give it a realism even a little bit
