This is a really beautiful work Especially the flying lights are very awesome, they bring dynamic into the picture You know, without them it would be "just another picture of an owl and a girl", but the lights make it be more  
Also you used a nice color sheme with complementary colors dominating, which often make a picture more interesting, and you created a nice athmosphere with them
