Si è perso molto in quanto a gusto dell'estetica nel tempo, già fino agli anni 60 c'era una ricerca del bello che via via sta sempre più svanendo... ora viviamo in anonime scatole in cemento di cui si sceglie giusto il colore!

Brilliant composition! I love the blue sky and cloud at the top AND the bottom! The elements balance: bell and lamp post, chimney and chimney, window and belltower window, bell arch and passage arch, and the light shines in balance with the roof... I think the roughness on the right side of the column tells a story, along with the tie-in reinforcement. (earthquake?) You find the nicest places to visit on a summer day.

Thank you, Bruce. Detailed analysis and competent. I do not know if in the past there has been some earthquake, maybe. Sure is a nice village, nestled in the woods. I live in a part of Italy where most of the land is forested, although it may seem incredible these days.
