Yay, I'm finished with school!
Well almost, I just don't count my stupid written assignment and the final exhibition with evaluation by 5-6 teachers that I've never met... very serious stuff, but I'm fed up, I don't want to think about it. Anyway It's in 2 weeks.So yeah time for drawing!!! I had this waiting beside my art history notes, just begging me to finish it, and I did a mess for the inking!! The original one has a big black spot right on the lady's pretty hair. I almost thought "ctrl + Z" and then screamed my displeasure.
Otherwise it's quite different from my usual style. I mean, she's not skinny. Gabriel looks like himself, as always. But Yza, I'm never able to catch her right attitude. She just stares vacantly at something. Gabriel seems to react to it. I just don't know what it is...yet. A time will come when I'll eventually start those two characters' story writing again.
oh, the dress was inspired by a beautiful dress I've seen in a magazine.

They're characters from a story I was writing and that is not finished yet. Yza, a dancer from the "la troupe de l'Aurore" ("Dawn's Dancers"), and Gabriel, a cursed warrior...

Thats great, a story! Is it a comic or an illustrated novel? Fantasy? Dawns Dancers sounds really cool, and it can't be fun to be a cursed warrior. Are they the main characters? Good Luck with it!

It's a novel, well I illustrate it from time to time. They are the main characters indeed, along with 2 others which I never draw because it's hard to draw cute guys.
