Wow, this looks really cool! Actually, I can imagine a story at work. It looks like he broke/twisted his ankle and he doesn't want any help. So they have to force help onto him. Wait a minute... I'll work out the details and get back to you.

Raphael was out to blow some steam off when he was ambushed by the foot. He caught well, but a knock-out dart hit his arm and he started to get weaker. The remaining ninjas broke his ankle, threw his said off the side of the building, and threw him off too. The ground connected to his head and he blacks out.
The other three turtles get worried and look for him. They were about to head home when Mikey found him in an ally knocked out. They brought him back to the lair when he finally woke up. He tried to walk but when he started to limp, the guys found out about his ankle and had forcefully help him. Donnie got the first aid-kit while Mikey and Leo held Raph still. After the bone was set and the bandages were set, Raph went to his room to rest. Even though his brothers thought he was just being stubborn, he just didn't want to look weak by simply asking for help, so he smile, knowing his bros would be there even if he didn't seem to want too.
