I see the hair is a part of the head except it's sort of in the heads shape. Kind of like Bart Simpson or The Simpsons in general. It makes it very abstract. I also like the soft strokes in the art. It looks very anime-esque. The expressions are good. I like how you drew the eyes, mouth, eye brows and ear rings.
