Kel and Neal design sketchesTook the longest time trying to figure out how to do Neal's hair. Still not sure if I've got it right :/
*sigh* Kel's hair pin is supposed to be a lion... *cough* I mean lioness...

I love the looks on their faces! The hair clip is a great touch!

I really like the little hair clip. The only think I would suggest is making the nose a little less upward-pointing, if you know what I mean. In the books her nose is described as very delicate. Other than that, I really like the design. I sepecially like how her hair is a little raggedy-looking. Her hair isn't going to be perfect if she out fighting and such all the time.
As for Neal, make him less serious! XD Neal is a dreamer and a poet. The only time he might have such a serious face is when Daine refuses him. XP Perhaps make the eyes a little larger and move the eyebrows up a hair? Other than that I like his design a lot as well. Great job!

I assumed so. All the same, I like the idea and the concept. I saw your other peice and thought it was good too. (the group photo) is that one old as well, or more recent?

Thanks. That one is VERY old. The 3rd time I tried to draw Tortallian characters I think.
School has been so busy and I haven't been able to post/draw anything recent- The comic project is keeping me motivated now though!

I think you did well on Neal's hair; widows peak, length, and messyness are all done quite nicely

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you like it. His hair really gave me some trouble back then...widow's peaks are surprisingly hard to draw!
