She does appear to be thinking about some wicked scheme, but I actually like seeing artworks where people have different expressions. It gives them character. I like her big hat...that's awesome. I really like how you did the stripes on her dress. Stripes (for me) are sometimes hard to get, especially if the fabric is really folded/wrinkled.

I've never seen that movie before. After Hunchback of Norte Dame, I stopped watching the Disney flicks. Eek...pinstripes...for one of my upcoming artworks, I tried to do Steampunk-inspired characters & the guy has pinstipe pants. x_x

I love pinstripes, but I try to avoid them. Whenever I draw them, I never bother to make the lines perfectly straight; they're easier to draw if you make them a little squiggly.

Oh wow, this looks really great! I think this is my favorite pic from you! I totally love her dress, and her hair is ravishing! I like the way her hands are posed. I really like her expression, it gives the picture more personality. She's all like: "Bitch! My dress could beat your dress' ass!"

Gorgeous! Are those flowers camellias? To play on her name?

Beeeaauuittfulll as always! And again as always I'm baffled and blwon away by your beautiful lines! I've been sitting in font of photoshop for days trying to figure out how to do them. Do you clean up the sketch and use a second channel to copy/past them? Or do you trace over your sketch on a new layer? Aurgh, whenever I sketch over my lines everything is so wobbly and gross looking. @.@

I never touch the actual sketch. I always trace over it on a new layer (don't fill the background of this layer, though-- just trace the lines onto it).

Thank you so much! I started tracing over the sketch and its much better! I gotta touch the lines up with the eraser every now and then. Thanks so mcuh for the tips! I'll be sure to send you a link with the finished product. <3
