It's Hugtto! Precure's Cure Etoile! Even though she's supposed to be into ice skating she looks like a flight attendant... I don't really like her outfit, but her hair was a lot of fun to draw! I think I'll probably like her best out of the three new Precure. I hope the new season will be good! Personality and theme wise she seems a little similar to Cure Twinkle, actually the three of them seem similar to the Go! Pri..ﾟ☆ Commission me? ☆ﾟ.
