Atsui (can also be referred to Notsui-mini, or Rage, as called by Houkimaro) - an Artificial humanoid hybrid created by Orochimaru with Notsui's dNA.

In some sense, this kid is Mitsuki's mischievous little half-brother and was genetically modified to stay this tiny and adorable, even in his adulthood. (he might grow a LITTLE bit). He likes to eat EVERYTHING and can almost consume anything with the vemonous acids in his body, such as rocks, dirt, sticks, a large animal-- he eats everything. His favorite food is river rocks, chili peppers, shrimp and katsudon.

He refers to himself as "sidekick" when traveling on notsuis back, (being light enough to carry him on your head for several hours even) though Notsui dreads bringing him along on his journeys to Tetsu no Kuni because the kid wants to eat everything every 10 steps. :^))
Atsui seems to be pretty scary if he doesn't eat anything even, gathering enough chakra to blast things away in his hunger outbursts, so feeding Atsui is important as it can generate chakra for him, but also keep his mindset stable.

tdlr; he likes food.
He can communicate with snakes, and his serpent features take after Notsui, but Atsui seems to have bigger scales.
Combat-wise, Atsui can run pretty fast, and depending on what he eats is his level of release strength for preforming some sort of non-verbal chakra-enhanced technique, tho he gets tired pretty quickly, so he tries not to battle.
