Once, upon a time. There was this artist named Joey-Zero . He had created many a'great illustration. But one of his first, was of a man named Gorusai.BLAH, BLAH, BLAH... 11 years or so later, here he is again. Wit my steelo.
Colors?! Maybe. Maybe, Joey will color? Or maybe not. But this is all im'a work on fo'now. I GOTS A PS4, SON!!!!! awwwww yea.

Quick question: how did you achieve the lines in the shading? Did you use a pattern, hand draw it, or a mask? Perhaps all 3?

I drew an outline of the cells, then filled them with a pattern.

Awesome! I was wondering about that. I've been looking lately into doing much of the same thing, only using halftones for shading. This makes for an awesome reference! Thanks for the reply!
