Finally got Charlie a decent new ref I didn't give him any healing garb because I couldn't for the life of me draw it but here he is XD
He's a very wholesome shy boi but would be a great friend to have. I also gave him droopy ears cause i thought it would make him look more shy, and he has freckles!
