Ever notice that Nancy from Disney's Enchanted shares the same last name as Cinderella's stepfamily? I DID! And I was inspired to make this
Drizella and Anastasia are not thrilled with the prospect of having a younger sister. Lady Tremaine however sees this as a wonderful opportunity to snatch the heart and throne of Prince Charming. After all, Nancy DID win the heart of Prince Edward

Yep, but if there is one thing Nancy is that Lady Tremaine and Drizella was not: she was kind, smart and strong.. If she had been a sister,Β she could help AnastasiaΒ reclaim her strength and help Cinderella fight back against her mother and Drizella. That way Ana would've had two people in the family that would've cared for her: Nancy and Cinderella.

Hopefully she lays down the truth in no uncertain terms; that she's actually from the Real World, the name thing is a coincidence, and even if it wasn't, Lady Tremaine is the last sort of person she'd want ANYTHING to do with.

Nice picture, I like it a lot. Nancy looks lovely with the other girls and their mother.
I honestly think her last name was meant as an homage to Cinderella, like so much else of Enchanted being a reference or Homage to past Disney movies. I don't think anything sinister was meant by it, and perhaps it was only meant to reference Nancy was almost Morgan's step-mother.
And I wouldn't worry about anything, Nacy's too nice and too loyal to Edward to really do anything sinister for Lady Tremaine.
