its not that hard. im still learning myself. i just downloaded it yesterday.
before i used paintshop pro 7, 8 and 9.
anyway open image at the top. the buttons "image"->adjustments->auto contrast
alt+shift+ctrl+L to repeat if the frst isn't dark enough..
if it is too dark brighten it, too grainy and sharp the step is
"filter"->blur->smart blur (that usually blurs it just right depending on how you set the controls

Wow...I think this piece is REALLY GOOD....kinda reminds me of a Jesus on the Cross effect though....very good...but quite disturbing...!!!
