I heard that too (although I understand his original wish back in the day was for a black velvet suit)... during an interview he gave after I'd already made this figure... you'd think a Time Lord would have better timing really wouldn't you? hehe ^.^ ah well, glad you like it!

'tis The Master as Harold Saxon with a few sculpt modifications (removed rings, added waistcoat and pocket handkerchief to match the reference pic). ^_^ I expected the head swap to be the easiest part but it turned out that the two figures had different style joints there and Colin's neck was slightly too wide for The Master's collar so that area ended up with a whole load of filing, repainting and other messing around to make a suitable functioning join <.<;
