Pokemon Trainer!Hat: Bought a read hat, and added the white fabric over-top to create the design and cover the bill.
Vest: red is canvas and white is cotton. Fully lined, with added collar. Invisible zipper down the front.
Shoes: Canvas shoes...and painted them with fabric paint!
Badge (thing on the backpack): Cut a piece of foam to size, covered with with white fabric and painted it with fabric paint.
